Who we are

What we collect

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive the company name, your name, your email address, the sourcing desk you selected and the text of your message.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. These logs are used to operate and secure the website and are deleted after a limited period.

Spam protection. To stop automated abuse of the contact form, a pseudonymized form of your IP address is stored for up to one hour.

What we do not use

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server; no third-party content is loaded.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us only to answer your inquiry, to evaluate suppliers and to conduct the resulting business correspondence. We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use it for marketing lists.

Who receives it

Messages are delivered to our business email and handled by our sourcing staff. Our website and email are run by a third-party hosting provider that processes data on our behalf. We disclose information to others only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is needed for the business relationship and for our records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time, unless we must keep them to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Please use the contact form and mention “Privacy” in your message.

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
